Discounts

Long Term- Any student enrolled 10 weeks or longer will receive a 10% discount on their course fee.

Group- Any group of 4 students or greater will automatically receive a 5% discount on all of their course fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

Any program cancellation 1 month before the start date of your program will result in a full refund of the total program cost, minus the registration fee. The US$50 registration fee is non-refundable. Any program cancellation 1 month before program start date will result in loss of the registration fee (US$50) as well as retention of 10% of your total program cost. This fee is incurred because we will have reserved a seat for you in class as well as a homestay and may not recuperate that reservation elsewhere.

If you choose to cancel your program after your courses have begun, a refund will not be awarded, under any circumstances. You are however, once classes have begun, able to postpone your program for anytime within 1 year from the original program start date.

Cancellations by the school

Any cancellation incurred as a result of a school complication will be recuperated. Classes will be recuperated no later than the following week.
